Look4Travel Pty Ltd is a licensed Travel Agent under the Travel Agents Act of Queensland, 1988. The license number is 3284882. Look4Travel is also a member of the Travel Compensation Fund (9728).

Use of the Site

1. This website is provided by Look4Travel on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant or represent that the content of this site is accurate, up-to-date or complete, or that it does not infringe the rights of any third parties. We make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Look4Travel website, its contents or any of the products or services supplied through the site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied representations and warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties that the products and services offered and supplied through the Look4Travel website will be of merchantable quality, fit for any purpose or will comply with any descriptions on the Look4Travel website.
   
   
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Look4Travel (including our officers, employees, shareholders or other representatives) are not liable for any loss or damage, however caused (including negligence), which may be directly or indirectly suffered, in connection with your use of or inability to access the Look4Travel website or the purchase and use of any products and services supplied via the Look4Travel website. This limitation of liability (whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence) or statute) applies to all damages of any kind including compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property, personal injury and claims of third parties.
   
   
3. In the event that the Look4Travel website fails to operate or causes you loss or damage, your sole remedy is the refund of any money that you paid to us to use the Look4Travel website.
   
   
4. Your access to and use of the Look4Travel website is subject to factors beyond our control. We do not represent or warrant that the Look4Travel website, the server that makes it available or any of the products or services supplied through the Look4Travel website will be free of errors, viruses or defects or that the service will be uninterrupted or timely. Because of the nature of the Internet, we do not warrant that the Look4Travel website will be secure and we will not be liable for any disruptions to the Look4Travel website. We do not represent that any of the travel products and services set out on the Look4Travel website will be suitable for you. You release us from any claims in relation to the travel products and services described on the Look4Travel website, including but not limited to claims that the travel products and services are not suitable.
   
   
5. The travel products and services offered and promoted via the Look4Travel website are products and services of third parties. Our role is to facilitate your travel arrangements, including processing your bookings and making payments. We are acting as an agent for third party providers. Your legal relationship in respect of the third party products and services is with the relevant third party provider.
   
   
6. Certain legislation (including the Trade Practices Act 1974) may imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent. These Terms and Conditions must be read subject to any such statutory provisions. If such statutory provisions apply, to the extent to which Look4Travel is entitled to do so, the liability of each will be limited at their option to:
   
   (a) in the case of supply of goods, the replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired or the repair of the goods, and
   (b) In the case of services, the supply of the services again, or the payment of the cost of having the services performed again.
   
   
7. By making a booking on the Look4Travel website you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions set out here shall be governed by the laws and jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Relationship

There is no intended creation of a partnership, joint venture, employee/employer relationship between you and Look4Travel or any of its employees or agents in these Terms and Conditions.

Visas, Passports & Health Requirements

It is solely the responsibility of the individual travellers to ensure that you have valid and correct Visas and Passports. These must meet the requirements of Immigration and respective government departments of the country you are travelling to, travelling through or returning to.

Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.

All travellers must carry a valid passport in order to travel internationally. Many countries require at least 6 months validity in your passport from the date of your return journey. Please verify passport and Visa requirements through the Overseas Diplomatic Mission or their representative in Australia, a list of whose addresses can be found at;

The name on each flight e-ticket issued must be exactly the same as the name that appears on each passport of each traveller. Look4Travel takes no responsibility if a name has been entered on your e-ticket differently to the name on your passport.

Each traveller is responsible that you meet the necessary health, passport and visa requirements of all countries you are visiting, including those being transited(whether a plane change is required or not).

Booking Fee

Look4Travel charges a Booking Fee for each service provided. This includes bookings made on any of the Online Booking Engines or through the Service Centre. Each Booking Fee amount is listed in our

Booking Fee List.

The Booking Fee is non-refundable.

Prices

All prices featured include all pre-payable taxes only. In some instances taxes cannot be pre-paid. All prices are subject to availability and conditions and are subject to change without notice. All prices are not guaranteed until you receive a Confirmation Invoice by e-mail and your Travel Documents are fully issued.

Payment

For all bookings made online, full payment is required at the time of booking.

For payments made by telephone through the Look4Travel Service Centre, a minimum deposit of $250.00 per person is required. Full payment is required a minimum of 12 weeks prior to departure.

For all payments made with Look4Travel by Credit Card, a Service Fee applies. Visa and Mastercard Merchant Service Fees are 2% per transaction and the Service Fee for American Express and Diners Club is 4%.

For bookings made online, a Credit Card authorisation form may be required in order to accept payment. In addition, you may be required to provide copies of the front and back of the Credit Card and proof of identity, such as a passport or driver's license.

Maps, Photos and Descriptions

Look4Travel relies on the information supplied to us by each individual hotel, airline and any other product including descriptions, ratings and visual images. Therefore we are not responsible for any variance in quality from the information supplied to us.

Photographs and illustrations and other promotional material are for promotion purposes only. They do not represent any benefit that will be included in any arrangements made by you.

Changes & Cancellation

Look4Travel will charge a Service Fee in order to confirm any changes requested, in addition to any charges made by the supplier(s). The minimum Service Charge per person is $75.00 per person.

There are instances where changes will not be permitted by the supplier or it may be necessary in some circumstances to speak directly with the supplier to make changes, such as domestic flights with Virgin Australia, Jetstar, SkyWest or REX.

Look4Travel will also charge a Service Fee for the cancellation of any or all parts of a booking made. The minimum cancellation Service Fee charge is $250.00 per person. This Service Fee is in addition to any cancellation or service fees charged by any suppliers, which in some instances can be the whole amount of the booking. In order to cancel a booking, a written request with signature must be forwarded to Look4Travel before any travel arrangements are cancelled.

Refunds vary in the amount of time they take to process depending on the supplier. The standard length of time is between 08 and 14 weeks. No refunds will be made for unused services where a client terminates the service after it has commenced regardless of reason.

Intellectual Property

All of the content contained on the Look4Travel website, including software, graphic (and web) design, text including trademarks and registered trademarks, code and the layout of the Look4Travel website, are owned or licensed by Look4Travel and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws, including copyright.

You may only use the Look4Travel website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use, copy, modify, transmit, store, publish or distribute the material on the Look4Travel website without obtaining any prior written consent.

Trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) and Look4Travel logos must not be used or modified without prior written consent. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
